Hampton Inn - York

Located right along Rt 30 near downtown, York, PA. The hotel is across from a shopping mall and casino. Numerous retail, restaurant, and gas station options are nearby. You get a coupon for a discount meal at Texas Roadhouse, which is next door. Fantastic Springettsbury Park and Playground is across the street and is great for families. Daily hot breakfast buffet. Food is restocked frequently and they almost never run out - just don't show up 10 minutes before closing. Daily choice of hot/cooked Egg option, a meat/sausage, and potato/hashbrown options. Cold Cereals/Hot Oatmeal. Fruit Bowl. Yogurt Cups. Bread/Bagel/Muffin/Danish Selection w/ Toasters. Waffle Station w/ 2 varieties. Juice/Coffee. Seating is available in the lobby to eat. Outdoor seasonal pool. The rooms and clean, and the beds are comfy. The hotel is always busy but quiet. Friendly, polite staff!

Room was clean, requested extra pillows and blanket which was provided. Front desk staff made check in quick and easy and were really friendly.

Really nice hotel! Glad we stayed here. -Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Plenty of space/storage, good working fridge/microwave. fabulous hot shower! -Solid WiFi connection 24/7 -Location is great. Having the park and playground across the street for kids/pets/outdoor time is awesome. -Texas Roadhouse and Issac's are both great to eat at, and you get a discount. -Well-staffed hotel, and the front desk is friendly, engaging, and helpful. New towel/trash takeaway in a snap! -Outdoor pool is decent size, clean, and in good repair -Good hot breakfast available. Always get to the choice of egg dish/breakfast meat/potato, 2 kinds of hot waffles you make, oatmeal, cold cereals, bagels, etc. -Love the 24/7 coffee and hot tea in the lobby -- as someone who was working till 3-4 am that was great to have!

The location was convenient for my purposes. Hotel was clean, room comfortable.

Best place in York that I have stayed at. I visit York 1-2 times a month and have tried about 15 hotels in the area.
